Legal
Privacy policy
We collect as little personal data as we can and use it only for the purposes described here. This policy explains what we process when you visit the 7ier website, write to us or use our online services, and what rights you have.
Effective from 1 October 2026
Controller
The controller of your personal data is Syonic solutions s.r.o., company ID 03516652, Rybná 716/24, Staré Město, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic, entered in the commercial register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, insert 232942. Write to us about anything related to your personal data at start@7ier.com.
The contact form
When you write to us through the contact form, we process:
- your name and e-mail address;
- the company you name, if you do;
- your message, and the budget range and timeline you choose, if you do;
- the language of the page you wrote from.
We use this data only to answer your enquiry and to prepare a possible offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep the message for as long as the conversation lasts and at most three years after its last message, so that we can follow up on it; if a contract follows, the records of the contract are kept as the law requires.
To protect the form against abuse, the server briefly holds the IP address a message came from, in memory only, to limit how many messages one address can send. It is not stored and is forgotten within ten minutes (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Analytics
If you allow it in the cookie choice, we measure visits with Google Analytics 4 to learn which parts of the website are useful. Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded at all and nothing is sent to Google.
With your consent, Google Analytics processes pseudonymous identifiers stored in cookies, the pages you visit, how you arrived, information about your device and browser, and an approximate location derived from your IP address, which is not stored in full. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time on the cookies page. Analytics data is kept for fourteen months.
When you send a message through the contact form, Google Analytics also records that a message was sent, as the event generate_lead, without your name, your e-mail address or anything you wrote.
Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, as our processor. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States, which is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Our online services and sign-in
When you use a 7ier service that requires an account, we process the data needed to create and run the account: your e-mail address, name, the identifier from the sign-in provider you chose, and records of sign-ins needed for security. The legal basis is the performance of the contract for the service (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in keeping it secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). A service's own privacy notice may describe further processing specific to it. We keep account data while the account exists and delete it after it is closed, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Technical data and security
When you open the website, your browser sends technical data such as your IP address, the page requested and the browser used. Our hosting provider processes it to deliver the website and to protect it against attacks, and keeps it only for as long as needed for that (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who processes data for us
We use these processors, each bound by a data processing agreement:
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, for hosting the website and our services in Microsoft Azure, for delivering the e-mails the contact form sends, and for sign-in with a 7ier account;
- Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, United States, for routing the e-mail sent to our address, including the messages from the contact form, to our mailbox; Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework;
- Google Ireland Limited, for Google Analytics, only with your consent.
Contact messages, and any e-mail you send us, are kept in our mailbox, which Google Ireland Limited provides under its own terms rather than under a data processing agreement with us. Google may transfer them to Google LLC in the United States, which is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased, where there is no longer a reason to keep it;
- restrict its processing;
- receive the data you gave us in a machine-readable format;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before;
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, www.uoou.cz.
To exercise a right, write to start@7ier.com. We will answer without undue delay, and within one month at the latest, as the GDPR requires. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when what we process changes. The current version is always published at this address with the date from which it applies.
