01Who we are

7ier is a brand of Syonic solutions s.r.o., company ID 03516652, with its registered office at Rybná 716/24, Staré Město, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic, entered in the commercial register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, insert 232942 ("we"). You can reach us at start@7ier.com.

02What these terms cover

These terms apply to the website at 7ier.com and to the online services, applications and accounts we provide under the 7ier brand (the "services"), including signing in with a 7ier account.

A service may have terms of its own, and a project we deliver for you is governed by a written contract between us. Where those terms or that contract say something different, they take precedence over these terms.

03Using the website and the services

You may use the website and the services for their intended purpose and in line with the law. You must not:

• try to gain access to parts of a service, accounts or data that are not yours;
• interfere with the operation or security of a service, for example by overloading it, probing it for weaknesses without our permission or spreading malicious code;
• use a service to send unsolicited messages or to break the rights of others;
• copy or collect content from the website or a service by automated means beyond what an ordinary search engine does.

04Accounts and sign-in

Some services require an account. You may sign in with an e-mail address and password or with an account from a provider such as Google or Microsoft. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for the accuracy of what you tell us.

We may suspend or close an account that is used against these terms or the law, or that puts the security of a service or its users at risk. Where the law or a contract requires, we will tell you in advance and explain why.

05Enquiries and offers

Sending a message through the contact form does not create a contract. An offer we send you describes the phases and milestones of the work and their prices; a project starts only once both sides have agreed to it in writing.

Unless our contract says otherwise, you own the code we write for you once the milestone that delivers it has been paid.

06Intellectual property

The website, its texts, design, graphics and code belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. You may view and share them for personal, non-commercial purposes; any other use needs our prior consent. The names of third-party technologies mentioned on the website belong to their owners.

07Availability and liability

We take care that the website and the services work and that their information is correct, but we cannot guarantee that they will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. The information on the website is general and is not an offer or professional advice for your particular situation.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or lost profit arising from the use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, in particular for harm caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or the rights a consumer has by law.

08Personal data

How we process personal data is described in our privacy policy.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add a service or the law changes. The current version is always published at this address with the date from which it applies. Where a change materially affects an account you hold, we will let you know in advance.

10Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Disputes will be decided by the competent courts of the Czech Republic, unless the law gives a consumer the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

A consumer may also turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, www.coi.cz) for an out-of-court settlement of a consumer dispute.
